Among our groundbreaking sales, the $28 million sale of ‘41-45 Hedges Avenue, Mermaid Beach’ stands out as the highest residential transaction in Gold Coast history, showcasing our ability to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Our expertise also shone brightly in the beachfront market, with the $11.15 million record-breaking sale of ‘159 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach.’ This remarkable achievement reinforced our reputation as the go-to agency for premium coastal properties. Beyond these milestones, the $6.5 million sale of the iconic ‘Palm Hill’ at 75 Bridgman Drive, Reedy Creek and the $6.1 million street record in Byron Bay further demonstrated our unmatched ability to excel across diverse markets.

In the northern Gold Coast, our sale of ‘1668 Riverdale Drive, Hope Island’ for $12.4 million marked the largest transaction in the suburb in over a decade, a testament to our innovative marketing strategies and extensive client database, now exceeding 120,000. These extraordinary results highlight our consistent ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

In 2024, we made strategic investments in our people, welcoming new sales associates and introducing dedicated business development roles to further elevate our service. Key additions to our leadership, including Danielle Young as General Manager and Josh Logan-Pye as Sales & Performance Manager, have infused our operations with new energy and expertise.
