Costa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Griffith University before founding HHC Holdings Pty Ltd, a construction company that successfully delivered commercial and residential developments across the Gold Coast and Carina Heights over more than a decade.

With extensive, hands-on experience in the entire building process and the strategic marketing of his developments, Costa expanded his entrepreneurial journey by establishing Big Chief Burgers. Under his leadership, the brand grew to encompass 12 outlets over the following decade.

Transitioning into real estate, Costa initially joined a residential agency in Burleigh while continuing to drive his own property development ventures. His unwavering commitment and strategic acumen have allowed him to build and maintain an impressive commercial property portfolio.

From a young age, Costa has worked closely with property owners, developers, tenants, legal professionals, and franchisees, developing a well-rounded expertise across all facets of property and business.
